We'd be happy to help but the pivot shoe that the coil spring connect to is a vital piece of information that we use to recommend a replacement and, unfortunately, the one in your picture is just too damaged. Can we see an undamaged pivot shoe from another window? That would give us a better idea of what to recommend. Thank you!

Thanks! Based on these photos, I recommend our 15-192 pivot shoe, along with our Series 170 (bottom) and Series 171 (top) coils springs. That said, it looks like your shoe is the only thing that broke, so you can probably just replace that and reuse everything else.
