Need part number for channel balance

Question

Hi,
I need to replace channel balances for my bathroom window(it's a up/down sliding window, I believe it's non tilt windows).
The existing metal channel is 15" long.
Stamp on the existing channel balance: 14-2 AE5 CMC 69
Channel width: 9/16"
End piece 1-3/32" deep as shown on picture.

Hi Sumei. See our S380-15 or S385-15. The only difference between these two balances is the depth of the bottom nylon shoe, or the 'heel-to-toe' measurement, so compare both with your old hardware to see what matches best. For a new stamp option choose 1420.
