This is for a tilt out window this part holds the rope that holds the window up and keeps window from falling when opened, the end is broken off part as you cans ee

Hmm...I am not able to tell if your T-lock shoe is open or closed cam. Take a look at both the 15-195 and 15-195B and see which one is closest to yours.

I do want to mention, usually once the T-lock shoes break, the balance is not too far behind. You may want to consider replacing the entire balance.
