Take a look at the 39-031 and 39-032 EntryGard operators. These resemble your old operator, but review the specifications below to confirm they match your assembly. If so, you'll need the 39-031 with the arms attached to the left side of the base. We also offer the 39-107FK handle and cover kit. Thank you!
