Need part that holds window up when open

Looks like a coil balance. I'm sure we can replace it, but I'll need a bit more information first. I'd like to know the thickness of the spring, the number stamped on it, and a photo of the pivot shoe to which it attaches. That will be a huge help. Thank you!
