The main crank is ok. The part under the window and the link that attaches to the guide piece that the casement window slides on are broke. I would like parts to repair both right and left window. 36956180

Looks like you need a new hinge. We don't sell this exact style but something like our 36-048 should work. Just note that this has a 10" long base track, so measure your original to confirm that it's the same. Also keep in mind that you have to replace the top and bottom at the same time. You never mix old and new hinges.

Are the top and bottom hinges the same part number? To do both left and right windows are the part numbers the same?

Yes, the 36-048 hinge set comes with a top and bottom hinge for replacement. This set can be used on right or left opening windows. Let us know if you have any additional questions!
