Need part and how to replace question

The left hand crank is stripped, NAMI NFRC 100/200. Also there is no wood to remove, just metal, so I'm not sure how to replace this.

Hello, Stan. There should be screws on the other side of the sill trim that will allow you to remove the operator. We will need to see a picture of the complete mechanism in one shot in order to recommend a replacement.

They are, thank you! See our 39-188 and 39-187. I think these operators may be what you want, but carefully review the dimensions and photos we show on each product's store page and let me know if you agree.

Hi Tom,

Looks like 39-188 plus 39-114L. Can you folks ship via USPS Priority Mail? The car only has standard USPS which puts delivery time around the first week of September.

Hello, Stan. I'm afraid the delivery options shown on our site are the only options we can offer at this time. Due to everything going on right now, most shipping companies have very limited delivery windows. There's no way around that until things calm down some.
