Hello,

Take a look at the 39-091 and 39-092 Roto Short Arm Operators. Unfortunately, Roto has discontinued much of the hardware needed for these operators to work, including the bracket arms that link them to the sash. You will have to reuse your old ones if possible. For a handle that works with these operators see the 39-224.

As for the weatherstripping you've referenced, we would need to see a side profile photo of the seal removed from the window, along with dimensions, following the video we've related for you. Thank you!
