I need the white handle Window lock, and the bar attached to the side that moves up and down and locks the window tight

That appears to be the handle I need. Do you also have the track that it moves to lock the window in place?

That part is called the tie bar. We sell a few different sizes, but they're all in a different style than what you show here. I unfortunately don't think any of them can be used to replace this one.
