I am looking for the felt weather strip for these windows as well as the string cable that helps to guide the window up and down.

Thank you for reaching out to us. Unfortunately, this label doesn't help us identify your weatherstripping. We would need you to remove an undamaged sample and write out the base width and pile height to help narrow down some options.

As for the string cable, it sounds like you may be looking for a window balance. The cords aren't sold separately but we'd be happy to help replace the balance assemblies. Can you remove one in undamaged condition and show us some photos?
