Hey there!

This looks like our 15-191. Our pivot shoe is designed to use the 1/2" Series 160 and 3/8" Series 165 coil balances. You'll want to measure the band of your old spring to see which Series is best for your repair.

Thanks so much for your reply and hugely helpful advice. I'm wondering do you think the old coil springs will work with new shoes? The windows are in a home in the Caribbean and I am unable to measure them. They look to be intact just disconnected to the broken shoes. Thanks again, JC

Yes, your old springs should work fine with our pivot shoe so long as they're in good shape.
