Need parts For 2 broken certainteed double hung

Local window repair man could not located needed parts. This replacement window by certainteed was purchased in 2004. Can you help?

Thanks for posting. Certainteed windows often use our 15-192 Pivot Shoe, which is compatible with the Series 170 and Series 171 Coil Balances. The video below explains more.
