THE THESE BALANCES HAVE A COIL INSIDE MARKED #5. I NEES A SET AND ALSO THE TILT LOCK.

Take a look and compare the specifications of the 15-102 double carrier to yours. This part would be used with the S145-5 coil spring.

As for your tilt latch, I don't recognize it but it may help to see an undamaged version from another window. Please also write out the exact dimensions of your latch to help us confirm if one of our parts could work as a replacement. Thank you!
