Need parts for Window Rebuild

Could you help me identify the correct parts to make my windows function?
I have about 10 of these that are the same size and none of them work properly.

Please see our S770-28 channel balance with a 28C option. I think this will be a good match. The nylon bushings look like our 67-004. Finally, for the pivot shoe, we will need the width and thickness in order to identify the best match. I'd also like to see the pivot bar that goes into it.
