Need parts for awning/claw windows

We have three awning windows in a rental of ours and the metal arms that scissor out when cranked have gotten rusty and broke. So we need new ones. The attached photos are of the only labels and markings we can find on the windows. hoping you can help us identify what we need?

Hello,

We'd be happy to help but we would need to see a photo of your operator with the window open so that the arms that move the sash are visible. If you have a window with an undamaged operator, that would give us the best chance of locating a repalcement. Thank you!
