Need parts for channel

Thanks for reaching out! The window parts you have here are a spiral balance assembly and a pivot shoe. We can supply the replacements for them but there are a few details you'll need to confirm for us to identify the correct replacements.

Please see the tutorials below for instructions on how to remove/install the balances and shoes, and what we'll need to confirm the correct replacement for the balances.

For the pivot shoe, I'll need to know its width and thickness.
