Need parts for damaged window

Question

Assuming parts are repeated on both sides I need the flat gray metal keeper pictured for the other side and the piece held in by the two screws on the other. I included a pic of the label on the window .

This part is called a pivot bar. We sell a ton of these, so I'm confident that we can help, but I'll need you to remove it from the window so that I can get a good look at it by itself, without obstruction. Would that be possible?

I'm also very confused by your last photo here. It looks like something is screwed directly into the window track where the pivot shoe ought to be. This is highly irregular. Are you also looking for this piece? Can I see it removed?
