Need parts to repair window's

Question

I need two of the small actuator arms shown as well as the latching mechanism also shown.  I would also like to get 12 bar keepers as they tend to break in our cold climate.

We may be able to help with the latching mechanism and actuator arm, which I believe are one and the same. However I can't identify what you have from this photo. This service requires clear and unobstructed photos of each part you're looking to replace, which in your case will require removal of the part before taking photos.

The tie bar guide looks like it could be our 39-448, but look it over and see what you think.
