Hi there!

Thanks for reaching out to us. This looks like an older Simonton pivot bar that isn't made anymore. According to our records, the 26-336 was designed to replace it. Just note that the collar may need to be ground down for it to fit in the pivot shoe.

I'm afraid I can't determine what pivot shoe you may need from your last photo though. Can you show us an undamaged version removed from the window sash?
