Need pivot pin for double hung windows

Question

We have several windows in our house where the hardware around the pivot pin is broken or missing. I could not find any markings on the window to identify the manufacturer. The pictures are of a working window because the "broken" windows are difficult to work with.
The first picture is just of the closed window and latch. Hoping maybe it would help identify the manufacturer.
The second picture is the lower pivot. On some of the broken windows the top plastic piece with the round hole is missing. On others, I think the pivot pin is missing or broken.
The third picture is the upper pivot. The same parts are missing or broken for that window.

If more pictures are needed I'd be happy to provide them. Thank you.

We'd be happy to look into this for you but we would need to see undamaged versions of the pivot bar and tilt latches that you need removed from one of the windows in the house, along with any other parts that you need. We've related a few videos to assist you. Thank you!
