Need pivot rod clamps

I cannot find a manufacturer on my 1960's metal bi-fold closet doors, but I have several of these pivot rod clamps where the plastic around the rod has snapped off (photos). Cannot find the part locally in the hardware stores. Do these look familiar to you, and do you have the parts I need? Thanks.
