Need pivot shoe replacement

I would start by looking at our 15-045. It looks pretty close to your shoe, plus its measurements are the same. Hopefully this is what you need. You may want to remove your shoe from the window just to be sure they're the same, but otherwise this looks to be our best match. Let me know what you think!

Thanks for getting back to us. Are you saying that the 15-045 didn't work? If so, then I apologize. Now that I see your pivot shoe out of the window, it seems our 15-212 may be a better match. The opening for the 15-212 cam is 5/16" x 3/16".
