Need plastic collar for window crank holder

Question

I have window crank OP05-7810 Al side window crank. With hex drive end.
I believe you had replacement 39-226
The holder for it has a broken collar in the holder that I need to replace into the hole. The first picture shows the other holder that I have with the black collar inside it that's what's broken on my other handle. The next picture is the actual broken collar piece.
Do you have just that part?

Hello there!

I'm afraid we don't sell the collar piece. There's a good chance replacing the handle itself won't work since that piece broke off. We'd be happy to help replace the operator but we would need to see a photo of the window open so that the arms that move the sash are fully visible.
