Need plastic part for my window sash.

Question

Previously ordered Product Code: 18-183 but it didn't work as a replacement. Original sash guide measures at 1 3/4" in length. Flat top piece measures at 13/16" in width and 11?16" in depth. Is there another Top Sash guide that can be suggested that matches the measurements of the original?

Thanks for reaching out to us. We don't sell a top sash guide with your exact specifications. The 18-115 is similar but the dimensions are a bit off. It couldn't hurt to double-check them though we can't promise it will work if they differ. Take a look and see what you think.
