Thanks for posting. Would you happen to have a photo of the hardware you are looking to replace? Also, I can't confirm the measurement for the installation holes based on your photo. Can you please confirm the measurement and type it out? This will allow us to make the most accurate recommendation.

It may help to see a photo of the internal latch if you do not have the original handle set. I can't guarantee that we'll be able to recommend a replacement but I'd be happy to take a look.
