For Milgard window, that they will not cover under the Lifetime Warrantee, plus this window is discontinued, they say

Thanks for posting. I am confident we can help, but that stamp is not an identifier. It just tells us the strength. Please remove the balances and send us clear photos of the nylon attachments on both ends. The style of attachments will narrow down what you need.

Hi Bob from SWISCO,

Here are the pictures of each end. The balancer on the right side is obviously broken, as the spring and cord fell out when I hoisted the sash up. The left one is still in there (I have not removed the sash yet).

Thanks for the photos, Doug. Looks like this might be either the S380-27 or S385-27 Channel Balance, depending on the shoe depth. See below. For a stamp option choose 2660.
