It looks like you're trying to find a window operator. We can help, but your photos only show the base, which doesn't narrow it down by too much. We need to see the entire mechanism, whole and undamaged, and preferably without obstruction. Please let me know if that would be possible.

Thank you. Using these new photos, I can recommend our 36-048 hinge set and the 38-058L and 38-058R locks. However, I still can't make out your operator. If you do need that, I think it would be best to see the original removed from the window so that I can see it untangled from the rest of that hinge hardware, so to speak.
