Need replacement

Thanks for posting. It looks like you need new spiral balances. We can help, but we'll need more information. We'll need you to remove the old spiral balances from the window and tell us the length and diameter of that plastic outer tube. This can be tricky when they are well-worn, but do your best to obtain these measurements. The diameter should be either 3/8" or 5/8". Next, we'll need a picture of the bearing the inner spiral rod comes out of--this should have a color to it. Let us know if that's not the case; we'll get to that. 

Finally, if you need to replace any of the plastic blocks the spiral rods attach to, what we call pivot shoes, you'll need to remove one and tell us its exact width and thickness.
