Need replacement

I need replacement for this window and I need the little side balancers that let it pivot and up and down (pictured) what is the model of the window?

Hello,

We can't be sure with your hardware still installed, but your housing pivot resembles the 15-087 Pivot Shoe, which works with Series 180 Coil Balance springs. We offer the 15-086 tandem housing as well if needed. Review the specifications to confirm they match yours. Thanks for posting!
