Need replacement

Thanks for your post! The window balance you have is a custom Extended Travel Channel Balance. The length of the channel should be 25-7/8", which is just below 26".

I'm confident we can supply the replacements, but I'll need to see the hook/clip missing from the shoe. These are important for how the balances install in the window.

I'll also need to know the number of balances you'd like to purchase to confirm their pricing and availability. The quantity minimum is (2) balances.
