Need replacement 5/8" window balance

Hi, I want to make my windows easier to operate and hoping you can help out. I have included some pictures. My windows are tilt in and are about 28 years old the brand was Patriot. Pictures show the balance is just shy of 27" and they are a 5/8" diameter.

Hello,

Take a look at the 5/8" diameter S600-27 spiral balances. Your photo shows red tips, which will support a sash between 7-29 pounds. Take a look and let us know if you need anything else. Thanks for posting!
