Gear inside mechanism must be stripped!
when Opening or closing crank its a dead spot and handle turns ,but window does not move!

This is a Polar window-it was installed in 1992

To further review, are you able to provide the length of the arm from the center of the operator base? Can we also see the end of the arm to see the attachment that engages with the track on the window sash? From there we can compare the best fit for your window. Thank you!
