Thanks for posting! The operator you have is the 39-253LB Encore Dual Arm Operator. This uses the 39-529 Truth Hardware Track Slider, which slides along the 39-528 Casement Track.

To replace the cover, you can use either the 39-375 (folding ) or the 39-452 (non-folding) cover and handle kits.

You'll find the opposite versions of the operator and cover handle kits below.
