Hello I've been looking for a replacement with no luck. I saw a previous post and was wondering if it was the same one.

Hey there,

Thanks for writing in! We do not have this exact handle set but we've recommended the 40-058 Lever Handle as a possibly replacement in the past. I also suggest taking a look over the 40-152 Pull Handle Set.

Carefully look over each of their dimensions on the website to determine which of these might be the best replacement option.
