Besides the process of unhooking the arms from the track on the sash, the main issue with these operators and unscrewing the back plate of the operator body from the window frame, the main issue is the sill will have to be removed to get at those screws in the back of the operator. The video below shows how to do this for a different but similar operator mechanism.
