Need replacement Balance

Question

Hello, I am looking for a replacement balance. I measured the metal portion of the balance to slightly more 25.5 inches. The markings on it show 25 4 as the main numbers. My house was built in 2004, so the windows should be from around this time period. Let me know if you need any additional information.  Thank you!

Hello there!

Thank you for reaching out to us. We can help supply this balance but it will have to be a custom order due to its configuration. The pulley wheel is built into the bottom fitting itself and this balance features an extended cord travel as well as a metal channel length ending in 5/8" which is what makes it custom. For example, the metal channel should measure 25-5/8" long. Custom orders are nonrefundable so you may want to double check to be safe.

I'll just need a few additional details so that I can get this moving for you. Can you show us a photo of the bottom fitting from a side angle? We will also need to see the metal clip that is attached at the end of the pulley cord.
