Need replacement Channel Balances for a non tilt window

I need a Channel Balance for a non tilt window. It is 1/2" Wide & 34" long excluding the plastic ends. It has 33 4 KO CALDWELL stamped on it.

Thanks for your interest in SWISCO. Based on the measurements of your bottom balance shoe will determine whether you will go with our Series 351 or Series 390 channel balance. I recommend measuring as carefully as possible. Get back to us if you should need any further help.
