Need replacement European hinge arms or hinges

I have five, 1990 yr, heavy duty ~110 degree opening European hinges, for a 55lb 6'9" X 1'6" pantry Woodmode cabinet door, hinge cup made in Austria #674228 53 00, with an adjustable gray cast iron hinge arm, part #591 290 00/00, which attaches to the hinge mounting plate, 317 293 50/00. Do you know where I can find a replacement adjustable hinge arm or hinge? I have pictures of the parts, the hinge cup sits in a 35mm mortise bore diameter, depth ~14 mm, the hinge arm part is adjustable from 7.5 to 8.5 mm and the overlay is 15 mm.

I'm not sure if we have an exact match for this hinge, but one of ours may still work. I recommend looking through our selection here.

Handy man from PA. Did you find the correct part. I have the exact ame piece. The grey metal part broke where the screw holds it on. Thanks.
