Need replacement Malta clip

The screen clips are for Malta tilt in double hung windows installed approximately 17 tears ago. The clips have no identifying part number.

I need to know if Swisco part number 70-048 is the correct replacement screen clip for the Malta screen clip(s) shown in the photos.

Thanks for posting! Yes, I think our 70-048 looks like our best possible match. Just make sure that all the dimensions we show match up to your own hardware.

I have the same clip you show in your picture and I ordered the new black replacements to try them. They did not work for me. The attach onto the screen just fine, but when I tried to catch it onto the window frame, it did not line up. Mine have one catch for the window frame, the black ones have two, so I tried squeezing them together and pushing them into the frame, but it is not holding right. :( I have been looking for the replacement clip for years and just cannot find one.

Ah, I see. That's too bad. I appreciate this information, but unfortunately the 70-048 is the closest possible replacement we have. I am sorry we cannot help more.
