Need replacement Pella storm door lock

Question

Hi, I have a Pella storm door. Model number unknown. The mortise latch has failed. I have attached pics. The only markings on the lock are 06 06 14.

Do you sell a replacement?

This looks like SWISCO item 40-191, Pella Storm Door Mortise Lock. Compare the measurements and let us know if they differ in any way.
