Need replacement Weep hole covers

These are on my solarium from 1997. 1.5 inch wide and .5 inch tall. The one picture shows the weep hole and mounting hole.

Thanks for posting! It seems out 26-417 Weep Hole Cover may be the best replacement option we have but I can't make any guarantees that it will work. You'll need to take a look over the dimensions below to see if this is something that could potentially work for you.

I've also tagged the other covers we have, below; however, I am less confident that they would be viable replacement options.
