Need replacement Window runners

Here is the marking from the runner itself.

31 4 BSI TF

the double pane window has a marking:
???? 918577 002 SUCL LOWE4V1 472Aug 1 200723 52#

Is this enough to get a part number for a replacement Window runner?

It sounds like you might be looking for replacement support balances for your window. We may be able to supply them but we would need to see an undamaged assembly uninstalled, including both end attachments and the pulley clip, to compare to our inventory. Thank you.
