Please see attached photos and let me know which replacement balance I need to order. Depth is 9/16" and width is 1/2", length is 33" (without fittings).

Hey, thanks for posting. I've narrowed this down to two possible channel balance Series: either our Series 380 or our Series 385 balances.
Now, as you can see, there is only one difference between these two Series, and that is their bottom shoe. The Series 380 uses the 15-005 while the Series 385 uses the 15-004. I can't quite tell what you have based on your pictures, though. Please carefully compare their dimensions to your own hardware and see which is a better match.

Thanks for reply. This is obviously the part that is broken. So, I cannot determine which one is correct. Should, in theory, either one of these work because it's only a 3/32 difference? The window has a bit of side to side play when both balances are installed.
Which shoe is more popular?
Thanks!

Neither is really more popular than the other. I wouldn't go by that, anyway. How about the other balance in the window? Are you able to measure the shoe on that?
If not, then the worst case scenario would be going for the Series 385 with larger, 1-3/32" shoe and just grinding it down if it was too big.
