Need replacement balance on Kinro window

Hello. Here are the details to my balance that I need a replacement for:
? 1/2" wide
? Fitting have wings
? Bottom shoe 1" depth
? 27" channel length
? 26 4 BSL OK stamped on channel

Hey there!

Thanks for reaching out to us. Since the bottom shoe is 1" deep, the S380-27 is my pick. You will need to select the 2640 option based on your 26 4 stamp. Take a look and let me know if you have any questions!

Correction, the bottom shoe depth is 1 3/32", does that make it a series 385?
