Need replacement balances

Hello,

We can supply your replacement balances but it will need to be a custom order due to the length, extended travel pulley system and unique combination of end attachments. To get started, we'll need you to confirm the numbers stamped on the metal balance channel, which is difficult to make out in your first photo. 

If you have another window with the same balances but smaller, we'll also need to know the strength code stamped on those balances as well. Thank you! 

Thanks for getting back to us. Balances like the ones shown in your photos stamped with 2020 should measure 20-7/8" long, not including the end fittings. We'll also need to know the stamp codes on your shorter balance channels and confirm the channel lengths, which should also end in 7/8" increments if they are the same type of balances. Lastly, we'll need to confirm the number of each stamp you need, with the minimum being two of each. 

Thanks for getting back to us but we'll still need to confirm the metal channel lengths of your balances, which we can only supply in 7/8" increments, as well as the quantities you need for each stamp code. I'd also like to see a photo of the 430 stamp you mentioned, which would not generally correlate to a 16" long balance.
