Need replacement balances

A quick learner from Sequim, Washington, USA says:
I'm looking to replace two balances for an old single hung Alpine Industries window. It's a half inch width balance with a marking of 2190 on the side. I'd also need the balance cams if they are not automatically included. Do you also need the sash weight? I can get that if needed.

Apologies for the wait in responding; many thanks for bearing with us. Confirm that the metal channel, not including the nylon fittings at either end, is 22" long. If so, see either our S380-22 or S385-22. The only difference between these two balances is the 'depth' of the bottom nylon shoe, so compare both with your old balance to see what matches best. You'll need to select a stamp option of 2190.
