Need replacement bifold door upper pivot block.

Contractor from Oakland, CA
Plastic pivot block shown slips into the end of the track and is secured with a single screw up through the block, through the track and into the header above. Oval pivot pin receiver hole is a feature, not a sign of wear. No markings on the track or hardware! House built in 1961. Can you find me a replacement? Actually I need a dozen.

Hello, thank you for posting,

Unfortunately I do not recognize this exact style at first style. Can we see pictures of the track/hardware that it fits into? Is this block from a metal or wood bi-fold closet door? From there we can get a clearer idea if we can assist. Thank you!

The doors are wood. The hardware on the doors is in the form of metal plates with the pivot pin afixed, and/or metal plate with the truck catch. The wheels of the truck have the words "kenatract" and "1300".

Thank you for the additional information,

Unfortunately after further reviewing, this style of nylon fitting is no longer available. We are not able to provide an alternative option. I apologize that we cannot assist with your repair.

Thank you for looking!
I have acquired some delrin plastic from a local plastic shop and have cut out the basic shape on my table saw. Next I drill the holes and pesto! Good to go.
Making the pivot blocks saves the cost of all new hardware and resizing the doors, although not by much.
