Need replacement bottom track for closet mirror door, please look at attached photo. Let us know if you carry this track. Is there any local store that we can purchase them from?

Yes, the 23-240 will be compatible with your old rollers and doors. However keep in mind that the overall width of our track will be less than yours, so if you have carpet then some of the floor underneath will be exposed.
