Need replacement, can't find anywhere

I figured out what part broke but don't think my fix will hold long. Only wording says 'DNS Industries 12 inside pull -Standard' on the latch side and ' DNS Indistries 11 outside pull - standard' in the other piece

Our 82-002 sliding door handle set looks similar to what you are showing us. Take a look to see if it would make a good replacement part for you.
