Need replacement casement operator for condo window

Hi, we are seeking a replacement casement operator for a window in the condo we are currently selling. Picture "Condo Window 1" is the window with the faulty operator, while picture labeled "Condo Window Ref Num 4" provides the reference number on the current operator. The other two pictures are of identical operators on different windows (but these have handles on the right side of the window casement. Window 1 is on the left side of the casement.) Would you have a replacement casement operator for Window 1? If yes then we would like to order ASAP.

Hello Tom, thanks for getting back to me, really helpful. I went ahead and ordered the 39-187 part which does look like a match for sure. I will follow up if any further problems arise, especially regarding installation. Sam
